Late 2004, after many years working in communication and marketing agencies, four friends Vo Thanh Trung, Tran Ngoc Tuan, Nguyen Mai Hien, and Pham Hoang Thai Nhiem decided to form a small organization, a newly friendly working environment with absolutely different qualified services.

11th January, 2005, Square was established and those four friends became the four founders of Square, started their business with Event Management.

Vo Thanh Trung  was the General Director, Pham Hoang Thai Nhiem and Nguyen Mai Hien were Account Directors, Tran Ngoc Tuan was in charge of Design and Creative. There was no employee and four founders had to receive a very humble salary while still building their company up, step by step, with tireless effort. The services were dramatically increased from Event to Activation and Show Management. The amount of employees increased quickly from 4 in 2005 to nearly 50 in late 2010. Square has been affirming an increasing brand in the market and building up a position with totally different class.
