CHALLENGE

As an annual activity to enhance the sporting spirit of students, the Milo E Run 2017 (Vietnamese Walking Day) continues to grow in size, this year is 10000 (80% under 14 years old). The number has already told itself the challenge in organizing and management, especially, security issues.

SOLUTION

To minimize risk, we rolled out a highly accurate plan of picking up and transporting participant. Moreover, we create a detailed collaborating strategy with third parties includes: 135 buses, 150 drivers (coordinators included), 400 staff, 100 Securities (include: Private and Local Authorities). All the decision and activities are follow and tracked carefully that presents in the weekly report with client to control issues. In addition of the Run, we also create many attractive side activities to engage deeper with participants.

RESULT

All the objective and activities is accomplished thank to the well-prepared risk management plan.
Totally, we accelerate the number of 10000 participants on-ground and earned haft a million of engagement from parents, schools, media (include online and social).
