CHALLENGE
Every year, Sanofi Vietnam organizes Sanofi Annual Meeting (SAM) that combines with Teambuilding for all employees. The challenge of this year SAM comes from not only the number of participants – 1200 but also the venue that is out of Vietnam – in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
SOLUTION
We conduct the campaign in combination of well-prepared Event execution plan (production, logistic, transportation and activities) and latest technology. By rolling out the ideas of ‘Light up our dreams’, we connected and inspired all the participants with the flow from their office to gala dinner. Instead of outsource locally, we choose to use in-house production and transport to venue to guarantee the quality. In addition, we create a new way of organizing Team Building and Meeting – the SAM Application that effectively help us to communicate and track participants' experience digitally.
RESULT
Threats on production is reduced to the lowest so that all content is delivered to participant SAM Application expresses its effectiveness in manage and connect 1200 participant outboundly. The key message conveyed high emotion in a very hightech way which appreciated by the client team.
